Hermès — Showroom Stock Coordinator in Pantin. Contract role managing showroom inventory, loans, logistics and show‑room set‑up for Men's ready‑to‑wear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Pantin showroom stock for Men's Ready‑to‑Wear: receive, catalogue and track all incoming and outgoing pieces using the house loan management software.
  • Coordinate product loans for internal and external stakeholders (studio, production, press, e‑commerce shoots, VIP dressing), including preparation, packaging, shipment and formal entry/closure of 'confié' records.
  • Organise and operate showroom set‑ups for runway shows and events: inventory reception, VM tool provisioning (mannequins, hangers), selection coordination and post‑show reconciliation.
  • Maintain, optimise and organise storage space to preserve garment condition, manage repairs/cleaning and ensure documentation (packing lists, ATA carnet for international events) and appropriate conditioning.
  • Drive destocking and inventory operations for exceptional sales, conservatory/archives and sustainability initiatives, preparing packing lists and providing operational data to finance and trading teams.
  • Produce activity dashboards and indicators to monitor stock flows, loan status and key milestones; liaise with collection coordinators and studio stock managers to avoid allocation conflicts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the loan/stock software in collaboration with MOA and propose pragmatic operational improvements to storage and handling processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school, communications programme or equivalent vocational training.
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in stock/sample management, showroom operations or logistics within fashion/ready‑to‑wear.
  • Rigour, autonomy and operational agility with a strong service and client‑facing mindset for receiving personalities and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic to intermediate English (A2/B1) and fluency in French strongly implied by the role language of operations.
  • Proven ability to produce clear operational reporting and to coordinate with cross‑functional teams under tight timelines.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in stock or sample management, showroom operations or logistics within the fashion or luxury goods sector, with exposure to event or editorial loan processes.
