Role & Responsibilities

  • Allocate markets and subsidiaries across buying sessions, designing buyer groups according to venue capacity
  • Develop and coordinate purchase schedules in collaboration with 12 métiers and 32 international subsidiaries
  • Manage press and communications lists for international showcase events
  • Reconcile stakeholder requirements and preferences from subsidiaries and métiers; monitor participation quotas
  • Track registrations, participant lists, and logistical modifications with meticulous attention to detail
  • Distribute information, documentation, and event programs to all participants
  • Arrange and dispatch access badges to designated hotels
  • Monitor buyer groups during collection presentation days
  • Organize debrief meetings at event conclusion to gather subsidiary feedback
  • Serve as primary point of contact for subsidiaries and internal teams regarding presentation and purchasing events
