Role & Responsibilities

• Centralize and coordinate internal and external prototype borrowing requests, identify available pieces in collaboration with the collection and product development teams, and organize borrowing appointments with clear orientation guidance
• Organize prototype exits, returns, and transfers within defined timelines, ensure digital and physical tracking of all movements, and guarantee full traceability via dedicated management systems (confiés and M3)
• Pilot prototype shipments to France and international destinations, coordinate operations with logistics teams and subsidiaries, manage packaging, shipment tracking, and preparation of shipping and customs documentation (ATA carnets, proformas, direct orders)
• Maintain physical and digital stock reliability, organize and conduct inventories in coordination with internal controls, track discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and ensure proper post-loan restocking and storage arrangement
• Oversee destocking operations including piece preparation, document production, and shipment coordination, guaranteeing rigorous and qualitative stock organization that respects conservation rules specific to each product type and fragility level
• Conduct product non-conformity file review, analysis, and tracking in close collaboration with commercial teams to ensure reliable, consolidated, and comprehensible product information dissemination to e-commerce teams
• Centralize issues requiring arbitration or validation before product photography shoots, ensure prototype availability for e-commerce shoots within defined schedules, accompany e-commerce teams in identifying and reporting new anomalies during shoots, and track corrective actions
• Produce regular reporting on compliance subjects and arbitration decisions in coordination with the Showroom Manager
• Generate activity tracking reports and dashboards, develop and maintain flow and stock monitoring tools, update management calendars for loan, inventory, and logistics operations, and elaborate shipment and tracking guidelines in collaboration with internal marketing and commercial teams
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and optimization of operational workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, operations management, fashion, luxury, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a fashion, luxury, showroom, or product logistics environment
• Product sensitivity, particularly within the women's ready-to-wear luxury sector
• Proficiency in computer tools with strong Excel capability
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage simultaneous priorities
• English language proficiency is advantageous

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a fashion, luxury, showroom, or product logistics environment; familiarity with prototype management, inventory operations, or similar supply chain functions is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management, operations management, fashion studies, luxury management, or a related discipline.
