Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and prospective clients on the showroom floor, representing Saint‑Louis crystal in a professional manner.
  • Prepare polished sales presentations and visual materials for interior designers and private clients.
  • Assist with preparation of quotes, invoicing and follow-up on proposals.
  • Manage email correspondence with HQ, designers and clients; track business progress and follow through on actions.
  • Support shipping and receiving of samples and coordinate logistics with showroom and headquarters.
  • Partner with the team on inventory processes and maintenance of showroom displays.
  • Coordinate special projects and in‑showroom events to support sales development.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (design, interior design, art history, business or related discipline) and able to commit to the full five‑month program.
  • Ability to work in‑person at the Saint‑Louis showroom in New York for the full internship period (July 13–December 18, 2026).
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and professional client manner.
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable engaging with interior designers and trade clients; interest in homewares, decorative arts or luxury goods.
