Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, stitch, and assemble complex leather elements according to precise manufacturing specifications
- Operate various sewing machines and manage different production models under guidance from experienced craftspeople
- Contribute to the assembly and finishing of high-quality leather goods
- Collaborate with master artisans and the production team to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship
- Complete the 6-month apprenticeship programme at the Montereau training facility
