Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Identify customer needs, product interests, and inquiries upon arrival
- Reassure customers regarding wait times and coordinate handoffs to available sales staff
- Manage queue flow and provide amenities to waiting customers as needed
- Arrange and verify appointments for walk-in customers
- Recognize and personally greet VIP customers by name
- Maintain team communication and escort customers throughout their store visit
- Provide operational feedback to management on queue and customer flow
- Update and record customer appointment information throughout the day
- Serve after-sales and Web-To-Shop customer requests
- Support cashier duties when required
- Assist with general store operations and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, or stock management
- Proficiency in retail operations and floor dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong problem-solving and common sense judgment
- Professional demeanor with a cheerful and helpful attitude
