Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Identify customer needs, product interests, and enquiries upon arrival
  • Reassure and communicate expected service timelines to arriving customers
  • Ensure sales team availability and readiness to serve customers
  • Handle and manage queue issues, providing amenities to waiting customers as needed
  • Arrange and verify walk-in customer appointments
  • Maintain team communication and escort customers through the store without leaving them unattended
  • Provide feedback to management on queue and Tally management
  • Update and record customer appointments throughout the day
  • Recognize and greet VIP customers by name
  • Serve after-sales and Web-to-Shop customers
  • Support cashier operations when required
  • Assist in general store operations and activities

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in retail sales, stock management, or customer service
  • Cheerful demeanor with ability to meet company customer service standards
  • Assertive with strong understanding of floor operations
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgment in problem-solving
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (verbal and written)
