Role & Responsibilities
- Seamlessly prepare and present high-end coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks to guests with exceptional grace and etiquette
- Maintain a consistently respectful, discreet, and attentive presence across all client interactions, reflecting elevated service standards
- Keep the store floor, kitchenette, and seating spaces clean, organized, and restocked throughout the day
- Manage inventory levels for beverages, snacks, fine chinaware, and linens, ensuring all items remain pristine and readily available
- Anticipate guest needs quietly and efficiently while maintaining an elegant and calm presence within the boutique
Qualifications
- Valid Smart Serve Ontario Certification
- 2+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury lounges, fine dining, or premium concierge services
- Exceptional personal presentation with warm yet professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and visual presentation
- Food Handler Certification (asset)
