Hermès Toronto seeks a part-time Server to deliver elevated guest service through premium beverage and refreshment offerings. CAD $20–25/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Seamlessly prepare and present high-end coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks to guests with grace and refined etiquette
- Maintain a consistently respectful, discreet, and attentive presence reflecting the elevated service standards of the boutique
- Keep the store floor, kitchenette, and seating spaces clean, organized, and restocked throughout the day
- Manage inventory levels for beverages, snacks, fine chinaware, and linens, ensuring pristine condition and ready availability
- Anticipate guest needs quietly and efficiently while maintaining an elegant, calm demeanor
Qualifications
- Valid Smart Serve Ontario Certification
- 2+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury lounges, fine dining, or premium concierge services
- Exceptional personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Sharp eye for detail, cleanliness, and visual presentation
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends
