Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and develop couture silhouettes focused on soft tailoring (flou), integrating volume, construction and movement into coherent looks.
- Research, propose and apply textile ennoblement (embroidery, textures, surface treatments) with attention to placement and integration within garments.
- Produce maquettes, 3D volumes and technical sketches; iterate finishes and components in close collaboration with pattern makers and ateliers.
- Manage end‑to‑end product development from research through to finished prototypes, ensuring fit, details and finish quality meet couture standards.
- Maintain and update collection documentation (boards, collection plans, thematic plans, FTS) and prepare fittings with the Design Director and product leads.
- Sustain ongoing dialogue with workshops in a co‑construction logic and contribute to the strategic definition and evolution of the flou territory within the collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' proven experience in soft tailoring (flou) and/or couture tailoring in a high‑end, exacting environment.
- Deep understanding of volumes, materials, garment construction and couture finishes.
- Strong knowledge of textile ennoblement techniques (embroidery, specialized textures and treatments) and their application to garments.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for technical sketches and presentation materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long development cycles with rigor, autonomy and a collaborative mindset; respect for artisanal savoir‑faire.

Experience
At least 8 years of hands‑on experience designing soft‑tailoring/flou and tailoring in a couture or high‑luxury ready‑to‑wear environment, including development of prototypes and close collaboration with ateliers.
Education
Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles or equivalent professional experience in couture/garment construction.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
