Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis and contribute actively towards collective store sales budget
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients, including VIP and high-value customers, through personalized engagement
- Conduct weekly clienteling activities and recruit 5–10 new clients monthly
- Create memorable client experiences aligned with Group customer experience guidelines and anticipate client needs
- Provide guidance and training to junior sales associates and newcomers
- Manage daily store operations, visual merchandising contributions, and maintain store environment consistent with brand image
- Adhere to 5S and Smart Ops processes to ensure operational excellence
- Handle billing and invoicing processes in compliance with internal procedures
- Communicate client feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
- Keep customers informed about new products, services, and changes
- Support all retail and communication events with strong client list management
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in the luxury retail industry

- Fluent in English and Hindi; basic French knowledge is advantageous
