Hermès seeks Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager in Dallas to lead security operations, manage loss prevention teams, and oversee inventory control across Central Region stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Asset Protection teams across assigned region, providing training and performance management to Asset Protection Managers, Supervisors, and Specialists
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of Asset Protection and operational performance to identify areas impacting shrink and inventory control; develop and execute strategic action plans with cross-functional partners
- Deliver monthly metrics, Asset Protection reports, and cycle count reconciliation findings to store management, Regional Vice Presidents, and the Director of Asset Protection
- Identify, investigate, and resolve internal policy and procedure violations through exception-based reporting and daily analytics in collaboration with the Director of Asset Protection and Human Resources
- Manage Asset Protection timelines and budgets for new store projects and renovations, coordinating vendor relationships and project milestones
- Conduct detailed diagnoses and comprehensive reports on offsite warehouses to ensure optimal product storage for new store openings
- Maintain and enhance professional relationships with key industry stakeholders and law enforcement representatives to foster collaboration and information sharing
- Prepare comprehensive reports, maintain organized communication records, and ensure secure retention of evidence while verifying data accuracy
- Develop and communicate monthly educational materials to stores and corporate teams regarding shrink causes, organized retail crime activity, local theft trends, and recovery tactics
- Oversee all security-related elements for company events, collaborating with corporate departments to implement robust safety measures
- Facilitate in-depth fire safety training programs covering prevention, emergency response, fire extinguisher use, and evacuation procedures; conduct compliance audits with local fire safety regulations
- Provide on-call support for alarm responses and ensure effective operation and maintenance of alarm systems, Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS), card access systems, and CCTV equipment
- Maintain physical security of assigned locations and conduct bi-quarterly regional store visits to assess Asset Protection strategy effectiveness
- Oversee and manage T&E budgets and regional budgets for Asset Protection vendors within assigned boutiques
- Provide training and support to retail locations as needed and participate in internal regional conference calls and newsletters
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher position
- Luxury retail Asset Protection experience preferred
- Experience with EBR (Encrypted Badging Report) reporting
- Wicklander and Zulawski interviewing skills certification
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Exceptional written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
- Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels

Education
