Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie seeks Senior Innovation Project Manager in Pantin to lead strategic R&D initiatives and drive cross-functional innovation delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement project governance frameworks including vision, objectives, timelines, KPIs, and governance models in collaboration with assigned scientific leads
- Lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collective motivation and performance whilst maintaining strategic alignment
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation scenarios, and formulate recommendations to enable informed executive decision-making
- Communicate project status, animate governance forums, and deliver regular reporting to executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Structure and pilot processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize project tracking, delivery, and performance outcomes
- Champion organizational transformation by facilitating adoption of new tools and working methods through structured change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and oversee performance measurement frameworks including KPI definition, dashboard development, results analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional strategic transformation projects that enhance team operations and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree with specialization in innovation and/or project management
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in R&D/Innovation or R&D project/programme leadership roles
- Proven track record managing high-stakes, complex projects with demonstrated success in innovation delivery
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Mastery of collaborative tools and project management software
