Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative and operational direction of the national window program, ensuring consistency with Paris and across all US store formats.
  • Direct 1–2 seasonal rollouts per quarter and oversee the full lifecycle from concept through production, installation and post-rollout evaluation.
  • Lead selection, briefings and management of artists and external creative partners; guide concept development and integrate feedback from Paris stakeholders.
  • Establish program structure, workflows, standards and calendars across all phases to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee development of scalable window systems, module variations, graphics and material direction while maintaining craftsmanship and visual impact.
  • Direct 3D modeling workflows, prototyping and sampling; manage contractors and fabrication vendors to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility.
  • Manage budgets and align design intent with financial constraints without compromising brand standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Windows Logistics, production, 3D, commercial stakeholders) to schedule installations and optimise rollout efficiency.
  • Lead, develop and manage internal team members, external partners and contractors supporting the windows program.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in window design, exhibition design, or production-led creative environments.
  • Proven creative leadership with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Deep technical understanding of materials, fabrication methods and 3D development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects across timelines and budgets.
  • Exceptional presentation and cross-cultural communication skills; experience liaising with international stakeholders.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 190,000 per annum.
