Hermès — Senior CRM and Data Analyst in Bangkok: lead CRM deployments, ensure customer data quality and deliver retail customer insights.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and elevate customer database quality and compliance, including deduplication, contact-data correction and enforcement of data security standards.
  • Design and deliver analyses and recurring reports to monitor customer performance and retail KPIs by store; define and maintain the subsidiary dashboard/reporting strategy.
  • Develop in-depth customer knowledge and segmentation analyses to inform retail, omnichannel and clienteling strategies; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead local deployment of group CRM and customer-data projects, adapting initiatives and analytics (e.g., customer segmentations) to market specificities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Retail, CX, OPS, Retail Compliance and IT to implement CRM tools, analytics initiatives and data-quality processes.
  • Create training assets and run workshops to improve sales teams’ capture and use of customer data; champion adoption of customer-management tools.
  • Support customer engagement programmes and events, handling invitations, outreach, RSVPs and logistics to create personalised client moments.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ professional experience in CRM, customer data management or CRM analytics, preferably within retail or hospitality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with BI tools — Power BI and/or IBM Cognos considered a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Organised, precise and able to balance strategy and operational execution.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality; strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
