Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the cash register and verify payment accuracy
- Attend clients during checkout and process cash and card transactions with precision
- Provide comprehensive customer support, including aftercare product recommendations and tax refund assistance for international visitors
- Execute all in-store sales transactions, manage till reconciliation, process banking authorizations, and handle foreign customer tax refund procedures
- Support store back-office operations to assist sales teams with daily administrative tasks
- Implement and apply company procedures while ensuring accurate system data entry and IT tool updates
- Collect and maintain client data in compliance with privacy policies and company protocols
- Engage as a brand storyteller, building client relationships through quality service delivery and participation in morning briefings and customer events
- Actively contribute to boutique animations and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or equivalent academic background
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills advantageous
- 3–5 years of professional experience in similar cashiering or accounting roles, ideally within luxury retail
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and standard IT office tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service orientation
- Team player with ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong aesthetic sense, professionalism, enthusiasm, and adaptability

Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in similar positions, preferably in a luxury goods boutique environment. Prior exposure to cash register operations, transaction processing, and retail accounting is essential.
