Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective performance.
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor to optimize client experience and sales effort; ensure stock of packaging, stationery and merchandising essentials at all times.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards: straightening, replenishment of new receipts, ticketing and SKU presentation according to VM guidelines.
- Process all transactions accurately at POS and maintain detailed CRM purchase history records; support after‑sales administrative tasks when required.
- Report POS discrepancies and variances to management and assist with opening/closing procedures to reconcile transactions by end of business day.
- Comply with asset protection procedures: EAS tagging, key control, employee sign-in protocols, bag checks as appropriate and participation in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Provide Hermès-standard client service: prompt greetings, informed product guidance, and premium wrapping/packaging at point of sale.
- Assist in inventory preparation and support selling support teams to ensure smooth boutique operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced boutique environment and to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational aptitude and attention to operational detail (POS accuracy, merchandising, stock management).
- Open availability to meet the scheduling needs of the boutique, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets; experience in luxury or high-end retail and clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or qualifications in retail, business or fashion merchandising preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 29 per hour.
