Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor and workstation to support sales efforts.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Oversee asset protection protocols including opening and closing procedures, and inventory management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hermès standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a selling and/or supervisory role.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Strong relationship development and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
