Hermès Miami seeks an experienced Selling Supervisor for full-time luxury retail role. $26–$29/hr. Miami, FL.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's collective sales objectives
  • Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales efforts, ensuring all merchandise, packaging materials, and fixtures are stocked and presented according to visual merchandising standards
  • Execute physical EAS tagging, ticketing, and inventory replenishment in compliance with operational guidelines
  • Process transactions accurately through the POS system, maintain CRM client files with detailed purchase history and sales data, and provide post-sale administrative support
  • Partner with management on POS reconciliation and communicate discrepancies by end of business day
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization throughout all shifts
  • Comply with all asset protection procedures including employee sign-in protocols, merchandise security, EAS tagging, and physical inventory preparation
  • Participate in monthly cycle counts and physical inventory as directed by management
  • Consistently deliver exemplary client service including prompt and friendly greetings, product assistance, and wrapping and packaging support at point of sale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, with preference for luxury retail environment background
  • Demonstrated strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure while managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated and capable of balancing independent work with team collaboration
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Flexible availability to accommodate business operational needs
  • Physical capacity to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software

Experience
