Hermès seeks a Selling Supervisor for the Waikiki boutique. Lead sales operations, client experience, and asset protection in this luxury retail role. Full-time, $28–$30.16/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals while collaborating with the sales team to meet the boutique's collective targets
  • Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales efforts and optimize client experience, including stocking merchandise (bags, boxes, notecards, ribbon, stationery) and replenishment of new receipts in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
  • Perform physical EAS tagging, ticketing, and merchandise organization on the sales floor, back of house, and merchandise returns
  • Process all transactions with accuracy, managing receipts, CRM records, payment verification, and administrative support for after-sales service
  • Partner with management on point-of-sale decisions and communicate discrepancies during opening, closing, and general POS variances by end of business day
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
  • Comply with all asset protection procedures including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, key control, and merchandise security protocols
  • Prepare for physical inventory and participate in monthly cycle counts as directed by management
  • Deliver consistent, high-level service to clients in accordance with Hermès service standards, including prompt and friendly greetings, assistance with product inquiries, and wrapping and packaging support at point-of-sale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills
  • Even-tempered disposition with demonstrated ability to multitask continuously
  • Self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Open availability to accommodate business needs
  • Ability to lift between 0–25 lbs. without assistance

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 30.16 per hour.
