Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives and contribute to monthly and annual targets alongside the sales team.
  • Maintain selling-floor standards: merchandise replenishment, straightening, ticketing, packaging and VM compliance.
  • Manage merchandise flow including receiving, EAS tagging, ticketing and preparation for inventory and cycle counts.
  • Operate and administer POS procedures accurately: process transactions, update CRM/purchase history, open/close tills and reconcile variances.
  • Support after‑sales administrative needs and partner with management on POS decisions and discrepancy reporting.
  • Execute asset protection protocols: opening/closing procedures, alarm and key log control, bag checks, and adherence to physical security guidelines.
  • Deliver Hermès service standards: prompt, polished client interactions, packaging/wrapping at POS and high-touch clienteling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Floor Director to support boutique operations and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling and/or a supervisory capacity; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven aptitude for relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
  • Calm under pressure with the capacity to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Self-starter able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Open availability to meet the needs of the business; ability to lift 0–25 lbs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum three years of selling and/or supervisory experience; prior experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred.

Education
