Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets by executing high‑quality client engagement and contributing to team performance.
- Organize and prioritise the selling floor: ensure merchandise presentation, replenishment (bags, boxes, ribbon, stationery), ticketing and adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately: process transactions, maintain CRM files with detailed purchase history and SKU information, and support after‑sales administrative tasks.
- Partner with management to identify and resolve POS variances, communicate discrepancies and assist with opening/closing reconciliation.
- Support inventory operations including preparation for physical counts and participation in monthly cycle counts; assist in inventory receiving and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Execute asset protection procedures: enforce key control, employee sign‑in/bag check protocols, correct EAS tagging and ticketing practices to safeguard merchandise.
- Deliver Hermès standard client service: prompt, discreet greetings, personalised assistance, and professional wrapping/packaging at point of sale.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; prior luxury environment experience strongly preferred.
- Proven relationship development skills with impeccable verbal communication and client‑service orientation.
- Calm under pressure with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Self‑starter who can work independently while actively collaborating with a boutique team.
- Strong organisational skills, open availability to meet business needs, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated experience handling POS transactions, maintaining CRM records, supporting inventory processes and applying asset protection protocols.
