Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to the team’s collective objectives.
- Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions with accuracy, including receipts, CRM recordkeeping, payment verification, returns/exchanges authorization and daily till opening/closing.
- Maintain selling‑floor merchandising standards: restocking, straightening, replenishment of receipts and new arrivals, ticketing and EAS tagging in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Support merchandise flow and inventory procedures, including preparation for physical inventory and participation in cycle counts.
- Execute asset protection and opening/closing protocols: store access, alarm procedures, key‑log controls, employee sign‑in and bag checks, partnering with AP where applicable.
- Deliver the Hermès standard of client service—prompt, discreet and personalised assistance, including packaging and after‑sales support when required.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and administrative organisation; escalate POS or inventory discrepancies to management promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support boutique operations and client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of selling and/or supervisory experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and communicate with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and capacity to multi‑task in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability to meet the operational needs of the boutique, including opening/closing responsibilities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

Experience
Minimum three years of frontline selling and/or supervisory experience; experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is strongly preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28.20 to USD 30.87 per hour.
