Selling Supervisor at Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship. Full-time retail position in luxury fashion, $28–$33/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals whilst supporting the boutique's collective revenue targets
  • Organize and maintain the selling floor to optimal merchandising standards, including stocking items, replenishment of new receipts, physical EAS tagging, and visual merchandising compliance
  • Process transactions with precision using the point-of-sale system, maintain CRM client records, verify payments, and manage post-sale service administration
  • Partner with management on POS procedures and communicate discrepancies during opening, closing, and variance reconciliation by end of business
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation and sales environment at all times
  • Comply with all asset protection procedures including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, merchandise security, and physical inventory participation
  • Provide consistent, prompt, and warm client greeting and assistance in accordance with Hermès service standards
  • Wrap and package items at point-of-sale with attention to detail and craftsmanship

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional sales experience
  • Prior experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
  • Even temperament with demonstrated ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
  • Self-motivated, independent worker capable of collaborative teamwork
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
  • Physical ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance
  • Flexible availability to accommodate business needs
