Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and verify all point-of-sale transactions including receptions, CRM entries, SKU management, payment processing, and client verification
  • Coordinate in-store client appointments including charge sends, item pulls, fitting room preparation, and post-sale follow-up
  • Organize and execute client gifting initiatives and experiential events in partnership with the Client Development Relationship Management and Concierge teams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records documenting purchase history, client preferences, and sales analytics to support Sales Specialists
  • Assist Sales Specialists and Selling Supervisors in reaching monthly sales targets through comprehensive operational support
  • Manage stockroom operations including merchandise replenishment, EAS tagging, physical inventory preparation, and general stock rotation
  • Provide support for alterations, repairs, and personalization follow-up, coordinating with back-of-house services and shipping logistics
  • Prepare for opening and closing procedures; ensure timely client deliveries through post-sale shipping coordination
  • Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and provide wrapping and packaging services at point of sale
  • Communicate with clientele through digital devices and correspondence to facilitate in-store animations and events
  • Schedule client appointments into company calendar systems and serve as personalized host for each appointment
  • Assist with fulfillment of POS activities including charge sends and transfer requests
  • Support sales team with merchandise merchandising, stock retrieval, and stockroom preparation as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or selling experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. without assistance
  • Flexibility and availability to accommodate business scheduling needs
