Role & Responsibilities
- Process and accurately record point‑of‑sale transactions, including sales, sends, repairs and monetary payments; assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver Hermès standard of client service at checkout — greet clients, answer enquiries, assist with wrapping and packaging.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for front and back of house operations, including CRM record‑keeping and after‑sales service administration.
- Support selling team with merchandise handling: hanging, replenishing, returning stock to the floor and preparing stockroom items.
- Maintain selling floor and workstation organisation: ensure packaging, POS supplies and merchandising standards are continuously stocked and upheld.
- Assist in stockroom operations: replenishment, ticketing, EAS tagging and preparation for physical inventory.
- Answer incoming phone enquiries promptly and courteously; contact clients as needed for after‑sales follow up.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable cash‑handling and POS experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and client‑service orientation.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure, discretion and empathy.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience; prior luxury retail or boutique experience is preferred. Experience operating point‑of‑sale systems and handling cash strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.76 to USD 27 per hour.
