Role & Responsibilities

• Process and verify point-of-sale transactions, support opening and closing cash procedures, and collaborate with management on POS-related decisions.
• Deliver Hermès-standard client service at the register, including greetings, product knowledge, packaging and post-sale follow-up.
• Provide sales-floor support: merchandising, returning and retrieving merchandise, replenishment and maintaining presentation standards.
• Manage stockroom tasks including EAS tagging, ticketing, replenishment and preparation for physical inventory.
• Support After Sales operations: log repairs, contact clients and maintain accurate service records.
• Create and maintain detailed CRM records reflecting purchase history and client interactions.
• Answer phones and provide timely, professional customer service; perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrable cash-handling and POS experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle difficult situations with composure and empathy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience; experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or customer-service training is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.67 to USD 27.01 per hour.
