Role & Responsibilities
- Process and verify point-of-sale transactions, support opening and closing cash procedures, and collaborate with management on POS-related decisions.
- Deliver Hermès-standard client service at the register, including greetings, product knowledge, packaging and post-sale follow-up.
- Provide sales-floor support: merchandising, returning and retrieving merchandise, replenishment and maintaining presentation standards.
- Manage stockroom tasks including EAS tagging, ticketing, replenishment and preparation for physical inventory.
- Support After Sales operations: log repairs, contact clients and maintain accurate service records.
- Create and maintain detailed CRM records reflecting purchase history and client interactions.
- Answer phones and provide timely, professional customer service; perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable cash-handling and POS experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to handle difficult situations with composure and empathy.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Minimum one year of retail experience; experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or customer-service training is a plus.
