Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately record and process point-of-sale transactions, including payments, receipts and register reconciliations.
- Deliver consistently high levels of client service in accordance with Hermès standards—greeting clients, answering questions and assisting with wrapping and packaging.
- Support the sales team with merchandising tasks: hanging, floor replenishment, stock retrieval and maintaining selling-floor presentation.
- Maintain and stock the workstation and point-of-sale supplies (bags, boxes, ribbon, notecards, POS materials).
- Assist stockroom operations including replenishment, ticketing, physical EAS tagging and preparation for inventory.
- Provide administrative support for after-sales services: logging repairs, contacting clients and maintaining accurate records.
- Record detailed CRM entries to reflect purchase history and client interactions.
- Answer phones promptly and provide professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM data entry.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Minimum one year of retail experience is required; prior experience in a luxury retail environment and familiarity with POS/cash handling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/retail training or certifications are advantageous.
