Hermès Las Vegas Crystals seeks Selling and Service Assistant for point-of-sale support and operations. Full-time, $25–$26/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Record and process point-of-sale transactions accurately at the register, including sales, sends, repairs, and opening/closing procedures
  • Provide high-caliber service consistent with Hermès standards: greet clients promptly and courteously, offer assistance, answer inquiries, and handle wrapping and packaging
  • Support the sales team with merchandising tasks including hanging merchandise, returning items to the sales floor, retrieving inventory, and stockroom preparation
  • Organize workstations and selling floors to optimize the sales effort, ensuring adequate stocking of items and maintaining merchandising standards
  • Assist in stockroom operations including merchandise flow, replenishment, EAS tagging, ticketing, and physical inventory preparation
  • Log repairs in the after-sales system, contact clients regarding services, and maintain comprehensive service records
  • Record accurate and detailed CRM entries documenting purchase history and sales analysis
  • Answer telephones in a timely, friendly manner while delivering appropriate customer service
  • Execute all additional duties assigned by the Operations Assistant Manager

Qualifications

  • One year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Demonstrated strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and/or cash handling
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations with grace and composure
  • Proven multitasking capability and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to lift between 0–25 pounds without assistance
