Hermès Denver seeks a Selling and Service Assistant to support retail operations and deliver exceptional client service in our luxury boutique. $23–$25/hr, full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions, including sales, sends, repairs, and opening and closing procedures in collaboration with management
  • Deliver consistent, prompt, and gracious client service aligned with Hermès standards, including greeting, assistance, and gift wrapping at point of sale
  • Support the sales team with merchandising preparation, stock retrieval, and stockroom organization to facilitate the selling process
  • Maintain merchandising standards on the selling floor through straightening, filing, and continuous organization of inventory and POS workstations
  • Execute stockroom operations including merchandise replenishment, physical inventory preparation, electronic article surveillance (EAS) tagging, and ticketing
  • Provide administrative support to after-sales services, including repair logging, client contact, and record maintenance
  • Create and maintain detailed, accurate CRM records documenting purchase history and sales analysis
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, providing professional customer service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Proven point-of-sale and cash handling experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service orientation and ability to engage clients with grace and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively
  • Physical ability to lift 0–25 lbs without assistance
  • Composure and diplomatic demeanor when handling challenging situations

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 25 per hour.
