Hermès seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Troy boutique to support front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. This temporary seasonal role begins in November and runs through December 31; the pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with rates determined by job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients on the main floor, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support client beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team throughout the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked; and maintain selling-floor merchandise standards through straightening and replenishment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
