Hermès Short Hills is hiring a Seasonal Sales Support Associate through December 31st. $20–$22/hr, temporary position supporting luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional client service aligned with Hermès standards—greeting clients promptly and courteously, offering assistance, and providing wrapping and packaging support at point of sale
- Support the sales team by preparing and presenting merchandise, retrieving inventory, and organizing the stockroom to facilitate efficient selling operations
- Maintain the selling floor and workstations to optimal standards, restocking display items, packaging supplies, and merchandise while ensuring visual presentation remains impeccable
- Provide support for client services, concierge, doorperson, and host/greeter functions
- Assist the after-sales department with repair logging, client communication, and maintenance of active records
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Execute additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
