Hermès seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and operational support across front- and back-of-house boutique activities, working with the sales team and selling support teams. The temporary seasonal position runs from November through December 31 and supports client hospitality, sales-floor service, merchandise replenishment, and stockroom preparation. The pay range is $22–$23 per hour, with the actual rate based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitality services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing the sales floor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
