Hermès seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its San Diego boutique to provide clerical support across front- and back-of-house operations and assist the sales team and client experience. This temporary seasonal position runs from November through December 31; the pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the role, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain selling-floor merchandise standards through straightening and replenishment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
