Hermès San Diego seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for November–December 2024; $22–$23/hour, temporary role supporting boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional client service aligned with Hermès hospitality standards, including prompt greetings, assistance inquiries, and point-of-sale wrapping and packaging
- Support the sales team with merchandise lifecycle activities: hanging stock, retrieving items, and physical stockroom organization
- Maintain selling floor presentation standards and workstation inventory, ensuring bags, boxes, ribbons, note cards, and stationery are continuously stocked and organized
- Assist with client services, concierge functions, doorperson and greeter activities as directed
- Support after-sales operations including repair intake, client communications, and record maintenance
- Respond to incoming calls promptly with professional and courteous customer service
- Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff
