Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Palo Alto boutique, providing clerical support across front- and back-of-house operations and assisting client service and the sales team. The role runs from November through December 31.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team throughout the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked, and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing displays.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
