Hermès Palo Alto seeks a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate for November–December retail operations. $22–$23/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service in alignment with Hermès standards: prompt and friendly greeting, offer assistance and answer inquiries, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team with merchandise management, including hanging stock, returning items to the sales floor, retrieving merchandise from stockroom, and physical organization of back-of-house inventory
- Maintain organized workstations and selling floor standards by stocking supplies, straightening merchandise, and filling in stock to facilitate the sales effort
- Provide auxiliary support to Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host functions
- Assist with after-sales operations including logging in repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active repair records
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner with friendly and appropriate customer service

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Education
