Hermès Orlando seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for the holiday period (November–December 31st). $20–$23/hr, temporary position supporting boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, elevated client service aligned with Hermès standards: promptly greet guests, offer assistance, answer inquiries, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, retrieving stock, returning items to the floor, and maintaining physical organization of the stockroom
- Organize and maintain workstations and the selling floor to optimize the sales effort; ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, etc.) are continuously stocked and merchandise displays meet Hermès standards
- Provide support to Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host functions as needed
- Assist with after-sales operations including logging repairs, contacting clients regarding service status, and maintaining active records
- Answer telephones in a timely, professional manner with courteous customer service
- Execute additional duties as assigned by store supervisor
