The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and client-experience support across front- and back-of-house operations at Hermès’ Meatpacking boutique, working with the sales and selling-support teams. This temporary seasonal position begins in November and runs through December 30; pay is $20–$23 per hour, with the actual rate based on the role, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and keep beverage supplies stocked in partnership with management.
- Provide hospitable service, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing the selling floor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
