Hermès Nashville Seasonal Sales Support Associate – Temporary boutique operations and customer service role, $20–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent client service in accordance with Hermès standards, including prompt greetings, sales assistance, and professional gift wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team throughout the selling process, including merchandise presentation, stock retrieval, and stockroom organization
- Maintain and organize selling floor workstations and merchandise displays, restocking supplies such as boxes, ribbons, stationery and packaging materials
- Provide auxiliary support to client service, concierge, doorperson and host functions
- Manage after-sales administrative activities including logging repair requests, maintaining client records, and facilitating repair communications
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner with appropriate customer service etiquette
Qualifications
