Hermès Naples seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate (November–December) to provide operational and client support in their luxury boutique. $20–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service aligned with Hermès standards, including prompt greetings, assistance offers, and support with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team with merchandise handling, including hanging merchandise, returning items to the floor, retrieving stock, and organizing the stock room
- Maintain workstation and selling floor organization to support sales efforts; ensure all items including bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, and stationery are consistently stocked and merchandise standards are upheld
- Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities as needed
- Provide administrative support to After-Sales areas, including logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active records
- Answer telephones in a timely and professional manner while providing courteous customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
