Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service aligned with Hermès standards through prompt greetings, assistance inquiries, and point-of-sale packaging and wrapping
- Support the sales team with merchandise logistics including hanging stock, returning items to the floor, retrieving inventory, and stockroom organization
- Maintain selling floor presentation standards by straightening merchandise, restocking consumables (bags, boxes, ribbons, stationery), and ensuring optimal workstation organization
- Provide support to client services, concierge, doorperson, and greeter functions
- Assist with after-sales operations including repair intake, client communications, and record maintenance
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner consistent with luxury service standards
- Execute additional duties as directed by store management
