Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Plaza Del Lago boutique, supporting front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. The role runs from November through December 31 and pays $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with actual rates determined by job, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, identify their needs and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team through the selling process, including hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
