Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional client service aligned with Hermès standards, including prompt greeting, assistance with inquiries, and professional wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team throughout the selling process, including merchandise hanging, floor management, stock retrieval, and stockroom organization
- Maintain workstation and selling floor presentation standards by organizing inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels of bags, boxes, ribbons, stationery and related materials
- Provide support to concierge, client service, doorperson, and host functions to enhance overall boutique experience
- Manage after-sales activities including logging repairs, client contact, and maintenance of service records
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating friendly and courteous customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management to support boutique operations
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to engage with clientele in a luxury retail environment
- Detail-oriented approach to work and merchandising standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage challenging situations with grace, composure, and compassion
- Physical capability to lift between 0–25 lbs. without assistance
- Reliable in-person presence at the Las Vegas boutique location
