This temporary seasonal position supports both front and back-of-house operations at the Hermès King of Prussia boutique, which has served clients since 1995. The role encompasses client service, merchandise management, stock replenishment, and administrative tasks essential to maintaining the boutique's luxury retail environment during the peak holiday period from November through December 31st. The associate will collaborate with the sales team and store management to deliver the distinctive Hermès service standard.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service consistent with Hermès standards, including prompt greetings, assistance with inquiries, and wrapping and packaging support at point of sale
- Support the sales team with merchandise preparation and retrieval; hang items, return merchandise to the floor, retrieve stock, and organize the stock room
- Maintain selling floor standards by organizing workstations and retail displays, ensuring all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery) are stocked and replenished throughout the day
- Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host functions as needed
- Support after-sales operations including logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active service records
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, exhibiting courteous customer service
- Execute all additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Composure and grace in managing challenging situations with compassion
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
