Hermès seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Greenwich boutique to support client experience and front- and back-of-house operations. This temporary seasonal role runs from November through December 31 and pays $22–$23 per hour, with actual rates based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Provide beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitable assistance to clients, including providing coloring books for children.
- Support the sales team and selling process by hanging merchandise, returning items to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor to support selling activity; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; maintain merchandise standards through straightening and replenishment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
