Seasonal Sales Support Associate at Hermès Denver boutique, November–December. $21–$22/hr, temporary contract position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consistent high-level client service aligned with Hermès standards, including greeting, assistance, and professional point-of-sale support
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock, hanging and preparing merchandise, and managing back-of-house operations
- Maintain selling floor organization and merchandise presentation standards; ensure optimal stocking of bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery
- Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and host/greeter functions
- Assist with after-sales operations including repair logging, client outreach, and record maintenance
- Answer telephones in a timely, courteous manner with appropriate customer service standards
- Complete additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage challenging situations with composure and grace
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance
- Regular in-person work at the boutique is essential
