Hermès is hiring a Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Topanga Boutique in Canoga Park, supporting front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. The temporary role runs from November through December 31 and pays $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and related supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing the selling floor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
