Hermès Seasonal Sales Support Associate in Canoga Park (Topanga), California – temporary role, Nov–Dec, $22–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, friendly greetings and assistance to clients in alignment with Hermès service standards, including wrapping and packaging support at point of sale
- Support the sales team with merchandise management, including hanging items, retrieving stock, and maintaining physical organization of the stockroom
- Maintain workstation and selling floor organization to maximize sales effectiveness, ensuring all packaging supplies, boxes, ribbons, and stationery are consistently stocked and merchandise standards are upheld
- Provide administrative and operational support to client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter functions
- Assist with after-sales operations including logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active repair records
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner using appropriate customer service protocols
- Execute all additional duties assigned by store supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation with ability to handle challenging situations with grace and composure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance
- Availability for in-person work at the Topanga location on a regular basis

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is a plus.
