Hermès seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Williamsburg boutique, providing clerical and client-facing support across front- and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The temporary seasonal position begins in November and runs through December 30; pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with the rate determined by role, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Provide beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales process by hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing the floor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
